Let's use this time of sheltering-at-home, as an opportunity to improve dribbling, ball handling and agility skills. All that is needed is a small space, a basketball and the Zoom app on a computer, tablet or phone.
An experienced Flow trainer will lead a wide variety of stationary and on-the-move drills focused on helping each athlete become more comfortable handling the basketball with each hand. Reflexes and muscles will get stronger. Heart rates will go up. Ease at handling the basketball will improve.
There are ten (10) sessions available on Saturdays and Sundays 10-10:30am beginning April 25 and continuing to May 24. You are welcome to sign up for any number of classes between one (1) through ten (10). Each session is $10 or less depending on how many classes you purchase. Sign up below.
After you register, you will receive a confirming email with a link to a google spreadsheet for all the available training dates. Sign up for the dates your daughter plans to attend. A few minutes before each 10am session, the coach will post the Zoom link on the spreadsheet. Just grab a ball and click on the Zoom link to enter that remote training session.
Zoom is a free video conferencing app that can be accessed on a computer, tablet or smartphone. If you do not have the app yet, it can be easily installed at Zoom.us on your computer or by searching for Zoom in the App Store on your digital device.
