Flow Basketball Academy offers AAU teams for girls in grades 7–12. AAU stands for Amateur Athletic Union, a nation-wide organizational body. It was designed to offer amateur athletes the highest level of competition through a local and national network of sporting events.
As athletes approach 10th and 11th grade, the AAU sanctioned events become the opportunity to be viewed by college coaches across all Divisions 1, 2, & 3. This level of play becomes very important for athletes who aspire to play basketball in college.
Participation in Flow AAU Team is by invitation. If you are new to Flow and wish to request a try-out, please click here to express your interest. We will email you back to make arrangements within 48 hours.
